A cancellation of an appointment less than 48 hours before the service will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of service(s) booked. These fees are non refundable and can not be used towards a future service. Future appointments will be paused and possibly canceled if fees are not paid. All existing clients are required to have a card on file for this policy. Your cards cannot be viewed or accessed otherwise. We completely understand situations come up that require clients to cancel. These fees are not a penalty, but are put in place to protect our livelihood and make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to get into our schedules . We appreciate your support!
